Delivery charges are processed automatically by our system after login in into your account or after filling the address during checkout.

We accept all major cards (i.e. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, etc), SEPA bank transfers, Google and Apple Pay, and also local payments (i.e. MULTIBANCO in Portugal, P24 in Poland, SOFORT in Germany and Austria, etc)

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and delivery usually takes:

Portugal: 2 – 3 business days
Spain: 2 – 4 business days
Europe: 5 – 7 business days
World: 7 – 14 business days

All financial transactions are encrypted and handled using the renowned worldwide company STRIPE (www.stripe.com). Major companies like Amazon, AliExpress, Apple, Etsy, Walmart, eBay UK, etc, use STRIPE as their card processor.

No card information during checkout is processed or stored in our servers at any moment.

Prices are displayed and charged without taxes for shoppers outside the European Union region.

Yes of course. All orders are shipped with an invoice.

All transactions within EU are free of any customs charges.
On the other hand, charges may be applied to deliveries in non-EU countries that need to be cleared by the consumer.
