We ship worldwide
We offer shipping worldwide. Our shipping rates are based on weight and are presented to you at checkout. Choose the products you’re interested in and click on the cart. Type in your address and country, all fields must be filled in. After that, you will see the cost of shipping as well as the different shipping options we offer. We pack all orders with care and use different packaging systems according to the product itself. Non-fragile products are usually shipped using paper envelopes or plastic mailing bags, while fragile products (i.e. vinyls) are shipped using cardboard boxes specifically designed for mailing vinyls.
We offer different shipping options based on delivery location or weight, being the most commonly used option, the post office delivery (CTT) or a carrier (DHL, Correos Express, DPD, etc).
Using the postal office service, we currently offer the NO tracking (cheapest) and WITH tracking options. We recommend using the tracking option at all times, especially when the delivery of goods goes to non-EU countries. We are not responsible for lost packages using the NO tracking option as they give no chance to make a proper claim or follow the shipping, use it at your own risk.
Delivery time & handling
Your order is usually packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. We guarantee to ship your order within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise. Delivery usually takes:
Portugal: 2 – 3 business days
Spain: 2 – 4 business days
Europe: 5 – 7 business days
World: 7 – 14 business days
Search Parcels by Tracking ID
You can follow your package using the Tracking ID. When ordering, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an e-mail containing your parcels Tracking ID.
In case of a damaged shipment, we ask you to directly make a claim at the place of delivery (your local postal offices) or to the carrier who delivered your order.
If you receive a package that has clearly been damaged by the postal service, please take photos of it before opening it and also when it is opened. It is your responsibility to report the damage to your postal service or carrier that delivered the package. Please email us the photos and we will also lodge an official complaint with CTT or the carrier for the damaged parcel. We are not liable for the intentional mishandling of parcels by the postal or carrier services and we endeavour to ensure that the contents will be saved from any damage by packing them correctly.
